That is why we participate in different events in which we can work for this purpose, transmitting the important thing that is to take care of oneself and follow healthy habits.

Time for Health participates in the Mercadillo Solidario organized by Fundación Telefónica and Rosa Luxemburg College, donating all the money raised for its sister school in Nicaragua.
Marathon, Miami
Time for health in collaboration with LTH and Multirace offers free massages to all participants in the Marathon, in order to obtain a healthy recovery after the great effort done.
Five kilometer race, Miami
Time For Health participates in the 5-kilometer race organized by Special Olympics Florida at Gulliver preparatory in Miami, Florida, giving massages after the race to the athletes and participants of that race, donating all the money raised For the athletes of said foundation. Special Olympics is a worldwide movement of people who are creating a new world of inclusion and community, where each person is accepted and welcomed, regardless of ability or disability, helping to make the world a healthier and more joyful place: an athlete, One volunteer and one relative at a time.
Party for children and teenagers, Miami
Time for health participates in donating free shiatsu massages at the children’s and teenagers’ party organized by Pinecrest City Hall at Evelyn Greer Park to promote healthy habits among children and youth.

Time for Health participates in the Halloween Toy Drive to collect toys for hosted children, organized by Pinecrest Town Hall at Evelyn Greer Park in Miami, Florida, donating Its time to give shiatsu massages to the attendees and in this way contribute to the social purpose for which the event was organized.
Free workshops , Madrid
Time for health, at the hands of its foundress Cristina Serrano has launched a project at the Camilo José Cela High School in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, Spain, in collaboration with the members of the institute’s principal and general management, Angel Romero and Teresa Prado, counselor of studies of the center, as well as members of the PTA, chaired by Regina Chambel.
The project is aimed at bringing students, parents and teachers, the culture of well-being, care of the body and mind, by conducting free workshops on MINDFULNESS AND HEALTHY HABITS.
Caring for our body and our mind reverts to our attitude, state of mind and personal balance and from Time for health we want to contribute by sharing our knowledge so that the entire educational community can incorporate it into their daily lives and enjoy their benefits.
In the project, questionnaires were carried out to assess the acceptance and reception, having been very positive and useful for all of them.
